A modern 2-room apartment awaits you on the 2nd floor, featuring an east-facing balcony with a stunning ocean view, accommodating up to 2 people. Enjoy the sound of the ocean!

The comfortable living area, featuring a sleeper sofa, a TV armchair, a dining area for 4 people, the beautiful east-facing balcony with a remote-controlled automatic awning, and the direct ocean view, is designed for complete relaxation. The LCD TV, CD player, DVD player, and Wi-Fi enhance this experience.
The open and bright kitchenette, equipped with an oven, a glass-ceramic cooktop, and a dishwasher, ensures a relaxed cooking experience. The electric kettle, toaster, and drip coffee maker add to this comfort.
The sleeping area, featuring a double bed (two mattresses, each 90 cm x 200 cm), carefully selected decor, and a small, additional flat-screen TV, lets you unwind at night.
The bathroom, complete with a shower, toilet, plenty of storage space, and great lighting, is also available.

There is an elevator in the building. A bike storage room, washing machine, and dryer are available in the basement for a coin fee.
For the 2026 season, a beach chair is available free of charge from May 15 to May 15.09.am

One parking space is available. This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.

The distance to the beach is 20 meters.



This comfortable apartment building is just a stone’s throw from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach. It invites you to enjoy a truly special vacation. Most apartments offer a direct view of the sea. Cozy cafes, restaurants, charming boutiques, the beautiful pier, and, last but not least, the new Dune Mile invite you to stroll and linger. Guests have access to a washing machine and dryer (coin-operated), a bicycle storage room, as well as outdoor and underground parking spaces.
