Claude was so awesome. He allowed us to check in before the designated time. He met us at the apartment and reviewed how to use all of the equipment and appliances for us. He made himself available to us for any questions. The apartment itself was excellent. Very clean and had super cold air conditioning. That was a God-send in the 90 degrees of Paris. The apartment is in a very eclectic part of Paris and walkable to Notre Dame and Louvre is very close. The metro station is close by too. The only draw back was there is no elevator. So you had to climb two flights of stairs to get to the apartment. Claude helped us when we arrived but we had to carry the bags down upon leaving ourselves. He said the stairs will be renovated in November.

The property was just as described and pictured. Centrally located and it had great air conditioning. It worked out very well for our family of three. Claude was a very friendly and accommodating host. I’d highly recommend staying here!

What a wonderful spot to call home base in Paris. More of a local vibe without tourists everywhere, but close enough to all the sights either by walking or metro. Walking distance to all types of restaurants, boulangeries, fromageries, bars, bistros, etc. I would definitely stay here again! Claude was very responsive……even when we locked ourselves out at 9 pm one night! Thanks again!

Great location for access to shopping and food stores. Host was excellent and helped with check in. Kitchen was fully equipped.
