We had a lovely stay in Menton, and the apartment is well situated for beach and town access. Owner very responsive when WiFi internet went down (across Menton) arranging delivery of 4G hub same day.
Apartment is nicely renovated with three bedrooms and three bathrooms but only one toilet (WC). Most furniture is of good quality although door handles are clearly substandard with many broken due to poor design quality.
It is inaccurate to advertise apartment with "parking" on VRBO website as there is no dedicated parking available and you must complete for limited on street parking with all other local road users.
Inventory incomplete at check-in and various key items missing (ironing board, clothes dryer).
