On the banks of the Marne, we offer a 37-square-meter two-room apartment separate from our house, at the far end of the garden, in a quiet setting.
The main room features a fully equipped kitchen (2-burner induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, small oven, dishwasher, cabinets, kitchen essentials, plates, cutlery, glasses, etc.), a table, four chairs, and a high-quality BZ sofa bed.
The TV comes with the MyCanal package, and you’ll have access to free Wi-Fi.
The bedroom features a 160x200 bed, nightstands, a dresser, and a wardrobe.
The bathroom has a large shower, sink, and toilet.
You also have access to a private covered terrace measuring 50 m² and a shared garden of 500 m².
Street parking is free, and you can park your car in the garden.
Sheets, bath towels, and dish towels are provided, as well as shower gel, shampoo, and a hair dryer.
Located a 20-minute drive from Paris, Euro Disney, and the Villepinte Exhibition Center.
Close to supermarkets and shops.

The location was excellent to get to from Paris and travel onto Disneyland. The apartment was perfect for a family of three. There are plenty of supermarkets nearby and an excellent cinema less than 10 minutes away.
