The house was as listed. Several beach chairs, toys and a wagon to get items to and from the beach. Quiet neighborhood with easy beach access. Only downside is the 2 showers with a larger group. We did use the outside quite a bit. The check in process was easy, the agent that runs it does a walk through with you which I have never had before and did not see that listed when reserving. Would have been nice to know ahead of time.
