My wife and I love this little cottage and enjoyed our stay here. The cottage was very clean, beautiful and has a rustic but elegant feel to it. It’s quiet, comfortable and secluded place just a few steps from Main Street. It was a perfect place to spend our 31st anniversary. The only issue I have is that we had to check out today and couldn’t stay longer. Melissa was very kind and professional as she helped guide our trip from the very beginning when we reserved this place. She was always prompt in her responses and was very helpful with providing information and suggestions about Fredericksburg. One day when we can make this trip again. We already know where we will be staying! Thank you for everything Melissa!

The location to main street, the quaint coziness and charm of the away from home away from home made us feel relaxed and unaware of time. From cleanliness to temperature control to lighting and comfortable surroundings it was great. Although we did not cook or prepare meals the opportunity to do so was there. Janie and I would like to thank our host Melissa for making our weekend of relaxation and celebration a memorable experience.Thank you again from Steve and Janie

Perfect getaway for us!! I left with so many house decorating ideas, too! Such a cute place. Perfect location!

Kitchenette was smaller than anticipated but the place was still very nice. We had some wasps nest right outside our door, but they didn’t really bother us. The biggest struggle was that the cottage is essentially on the back yard of another rental property, and we had teenagers try to come in to our place as well as adults talking and smoking on our patio (not theirs), right outside our bedroom window past midnight.
