Great house. Clean and as advertised. Not really a sofa bed in basement, just a sofa.

Quiet neighborhood with excellent views of Elk mountain. We could walk dogs approximately 1/2 mile loop around the lake. The house is very clean with comfortable furnishings and we enjoyed a wood stove fire that was perfect after a day on the slopes. I would love to enjoy the wrap around porch and fire pit in the summer months sometime in the future. Host is extremely responsive and we felt welcomed

I booked this property for a birthday weekend for my adult children and I. I wanted a house close to a lake and also hiking, and this was perfect! The home had everything we needed to relax, enjoy the outdoors, and have a great stay. The fishing was excellent and the sup was used by everyone! We met lovely people at the beach and ended each day at the firepit. The property was pet friendly, and there were even dog treats for us upon arrival! I would recommend this property for its location, excellent communication with the owners, and amenities. Wonderful stay and amazing memories! firepit. The owners knew stay.

This is a beautifully furnished home with every amenity. Exceptionally clean and fresh. We couldn't have been happier there. My dog also had a wonderful time keeping track of the bunnies in the yard! Bobby was a pleasure to deal with and everything was smooth and easy. Highly recommend!
