Amazing location. Amazing views. Thank you for all the Beach chairs and equipment. Hosts were attentive to questions. Check-in was easy.

The condo was perfect for our stay. The condo is beachfront and the view is amazing! The owner was very thoughtful with the items provided to make our stay comfortable. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler. Plenty of bath towels and having the laundry room in the unit was a huge plus. Located across from the elevator which provided quick access to the beach and pool. Also within walking distance from the shops and places to eat across the street at John's Pass. Only negative is the building elevator was slow and parking is very limited as there is no free parking anywhere in Madeira Beach so something to consider if you have multiple vehicles.

We recently stayed at this condo and overall had a mixed experience. The location is definitely a plus—it’s conveniently situated across from a variety of restaurants and shops, which made it easy to walk to meals. It’s also next to a public beach, and we really appreciated the number of trash cans available and that they were emptied daily. On the flip side, if you’re looking for a peaceful and quiet stay, this may not be the best fit.Inside the condo, it appeared surface-level clean upon arrival, but it could benefit from a more thorough deep cleaning. In the master bathroom, we noticed gnats coming from the sink, and unfortunately, the sink did not drain properly. The fixture in that bathroom also seemed clogged, causing the water to flow unevenly. The carpet felt gritty and sandy, and the unit could also use a fresh coat of paint (just an observation, not a deal breaker).We understand that beachfront properties can be more challenging to maintain due to sand and humidity, but a deeper, more detailed cleaning would significantly improve the overall experience.With some attention to these maintenance and cleanliness details, this could be a fantastic place to stay given its great location.
