This condo had everything we needed and more. Such a convenient location to restaurants, beach access, and easy entry to pool. Property manager responded in a timely manner. Pool was clean. Quiet at night despite being a first floor unit at the pool. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends as well as hopefully book again.

This property is perfect with a gated entry for security, parking was always easy with plenty of spaces. We were able to always park close to the building. The condo is on bottom floor, which made unloading easy. I carried from car to condo, it was that close. It’s a small property meaning, not crowded. I hate staying in high rising condos with multiple elevators to get to where you are going. This was the easiest stay I have ever had. If I forgot something in my car, it took 3 seconds to get to my car. The pool was off our patio, which as a single mom with two boys, made for convenient pool days. The condo had everything we needed. Publix was down the road and used the delivery service and a pick up for the best convenience.

It was perfect for us. We’d stay here again. Loved being on the first floor. Enjoyed the patio by the pool. Less than 15 minutes to NAS. Close to the beach, shopping, dining and attractions. Very clean, lots of amenities and supplies and an incredibly comfortable bed.
