This property was perfect for our girls trip weekend! We had 8 girls and all felt like we had ample space. The living room was the perfect size for socializing and we spent most of our time out on the gorgeous patio just watching the ocean. This property was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and we were able to walk everywhere. Would absolutely love to stay here again. Host was very responsive. We had no issues or problems whatsoever during our stay.

Great location! Beautiful house!

We had a group of 8 senior but very active lady friends enjoy a wonderful 4 days in this lovely home. The location is absolutely perfect, beach and town close. The home is spacious and allows privacy in select areas but also boasts great gathering spaces. Quality linens, plenty of towels, a well stocked kitchen and super speedy response to questions to the Host made this a top rated get away.

The location of this large house is outstanding. We've stayed in Oceanside for a few years now with a large family gathering, and this was the best location. I was disappointed with the check in process, as we had a family with a 1 year old and a 3.5 year old, and they were not allowed to check in before 4 pm, regardless of whether the house was done or not. They had traveled from the East coast, and I requested a check in for when the house was cleaned. This was not allowed. The house itself is in need of updates. For the price, you would expect the ice machine to work, the microwave to work and the house to be in good condition. The carpet needs to be replaced, as it was stained throughout. This was the most expensive rental we have ever done, and the house was not upscale at all. After I booked the 'rooftop deck and hot tub', I was told months later that there would not be a hot tub. I was not offered a discount for this major change, and at the time, too many houses for the 4th of July weekend were already booked. Beautiful location and a house in need of updates. This is not a luxury property.
