It is a nice apartment space in a finished basement. Essentially it is a big studio with a bathroom and kitchen space, which was perfect and exactly what I needed. The apartment is in a nice neighborhood in Friendship Heights, about a 12 minute walk to the Redline station and near grocery stores and places to eat. I was in DC for work and research and needed a quiet place to come back to for work and to rest, and this apartment fit the bill perfectly. Considering the costs of other rentals or hotels in DC, this listing is well worth the cost, I feel it was a good value. For one or two people this space is perfect. It is not fancy but it provides all the basics in a quiet nice neighborhood that is very walk-able and safe, plus a quick subway ride to everything else that DC has to offer. Really nice place. Elizabeth is very nice, and she was always quick to respond. She made check-in and getting into the apartment super easy, she was great. I enjoyed my stay and will come back the next time I find myself in DC.

Really nice space. More than big enough for 2 people to stay and the amenities are fantastic. Check in was really smooth and flexible with the self check in code. Plenty of parking if you want to leave your car and take the really close bus (maybe like a minute) to Bethesda or metro. As described the area is nice and quiet, never heard anything at night to disturb my sleep. Place has extra wash equipment and the laundry machines are right there. Definitely would stay again if I am in the area.

Communication could have been better. It was a very small space. If you not in a relationship this is not a big enough space for two single people. If you are overweight you might not fit in the bathroom. The area could be upgraded and someone forget to sweep under the rug. It was affordable and a nice area.
