House has everything needed for a great week at the jersey shore. Great location and quiet street. Good proximity to the beach.

The property is wonderful house with plenty of room - both in the house itself and the very close expansive beach. The kitchen is very well equipped. There are beach toys, puzzles, and games. The 12 or so beach chairs are top quality with storage pockets and full recline function. Regrettably, we did not need to use Phoenix beach cart but it reflects the owners desire to be top quality hosts. Betti-Lou (the host) was very responsive as well.
