Super clean studio directly on the beach. The owner was friendly and quick to respond to questions. Looks as it appears in pictures and had beach chairs and umbrellas to use.

Perfect location, right on beach and foot spray off at hotel, walk to restaurants, Johns Pass and St Pete beach also very close. We even are thinking of possibly buying a possible place here. Our only knock was the cleanliness of the property. Could have definitely been better, needs a little touch up here and there, hall sink has hardly any water flow, shower handle is no working correct, floor seemed sandy when first arrived. I would still stay again.
