this was great for what we needed. We were there running a hockey and we had 16 people staying at the house. The bunk rooms were queen size beds and the rest of the main level and upstairs beds were Kings. Each person there was able to have their own place to sleep. The basement was huge so we could all watch the Stanley cup finals together. 10/10 recommend!

Beautiful property and close to everything. The hosts were great and very responsive. We did have an issue with the neighbor complaining of us BBQing outside and playing music at 1pm on a beautiful Breck day. Other than that, the place was great.

Great house for a large group. Everyone had space to sleep and hang out. Short drive (or walk) to downtown area. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking for a house in the Breck area for a large group!
