Private Entry Cozy 1\/1 Apt Full w\/ Size Kitchen

The place was warm and cozy. Very private and safe. There was everything needed to cook for myself and the shops and restaurants were within a short drive. Was very convenient for my work trip , as it was witjin a 10 minute drive to destination.

Easy access, nicely furnished, very comfortable!

Property is just asked described, walking distance to walgreens, popeyes, kfc, subway, Burger King and Wendy's. Also close to a grocery store and roses discount store. No problems at all. Nice little patio off the unit. Plenty of towels provided, bed comfortablecomfortable.

We had a hard time finding the house. Plus it was dark when we arrived. Let manager know and He put new lighted numbers up the next day. He was very attentive. I left a list a things to be addressed to make stay even better and he was very open to making the needed changes. Room is attached to right side of house with separate entrance. It is small but quaint. The kitchen has the bare basics. Not much for someone like me who likes to cook up a storm. There are glasses, plates silverware and a few basic cooking utensils. It has a few pots and one fry pan. It only has salt and pepper. There is a small coffee pot, a single blender, and a Gourmia fry toaster oven. I cooked some steaks and potatoes in it and they turned out great. One small round dining table with two counter ht. Chairs to sit and eat at. Not very comfortable they are so high off the floor. Recommend counter height table and chairs instead. Large fridge and freezer for all our food. The bathroom is great. Lots of towels and TP. Great shower. Hot and Strong water jet shower head. Also tall enough for my 6’3” husband. The bedroom was efficient. The queen bed was OK, very firm. Not to our liking (our 60 bodies prefer pillow top) Large TV in bedroom (we prefer not to have TV in our bedroom) There is a lounger couch also in bedroom but not the most comfortable to sit on. All electronics are in the bedroom. (So in case anyone is light or EMF sensitive). at end of a quiet cull de sac. Very nice quiet.
