It is a great condo, super close to the beach. The bathrooms are updated compared with others we have stayed. We loved the bunk beds for meeting up with friends and their kids. We enjoyed making lots of fun memories and playing games back at the condo. We cooked and grilled at the condo for most of our meals. We had all the basic essentials. Pathway to the Sea was a great end to Summer with relaxing fun days at the beach for our family.

The outside of the property was less than ideal (lots of corrosion, set of stairs being replaced, construction underway, siding being repaired / painted). Inside of the property was average (dishwasher & washing machine need to be replaced--very loud and unusual smells coming from both, in addition to the bad smell from the garbage disposal). Would be nice to have some sort of RO system to drink clean water. Beach access was good.
