Very pretty! Kitchen was very well equipped, which is great because we cook a lot. Downstairs fridge and access to beach chairs was great! Definitely recommend!

The location is the absolute best. Perfect view of the Gulf, clean beach, and quiet. Perfect for families, we had a great time.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Right on the beach, beautiful big kitchen and 2 king size bedrooms facing the beach with a balcony. House was super clean and well appointed. That kitchen had Everything! Lobster pot, panini press, waffle maker...you name it. And the closet down on the lower level is filled with toys, a corn hole game and enough chairs, umbrellas and even a canopy all there for your use. And an extra frig down there is a nice benefit. Its a bit rough around the edges from salt water - some doors that don't quite work right, and the frig leaked (but all fixable) and the support from the office is outstanding. I can't say enough about this place. The only down side is that hill you've got to get over to get to the beach. You need a sand wagon and the climb isn't easy for those who are disabled or have mobility challenges.

The unit is in general disrepair. I have numerous photos to show the shabby condition. However, the unit was clean and kitchen was well equipped with cooking and eating utensils and appliances. Had it not been, would have requested another unit. I think the cost was too high for the condition of the unit. Send me best email and I’ll send photos.
