What a fabulous location. When you step onto the street you can see the beautiful ocean one block away. The condo was well maintained and had modern and comfortable furnishings. The owners were excellent with communication and accommodating us.

We arrived a little early and was able to check in, the apartment was cozy, the kids enjoyed the pool just a block from the beach, we all enjoyed ourselves

Nice to have size and proximity to beach.

Our stay here worked out good. The host was very communicative and direct. The interior of this place was updated and was nice and spaceous. For a short stay, this worked. There were piping noises inside the walls and/or upstairs when we were trying to sleep. Not sure what it was? You can definitely hear the people above you talking and walking around. The exterior painting on the doors should be considered soon. It is 1/2 block from Ocean Ave if you want close beach access. Parking is good. We didn't use the swimming pool because it was too cold outside during our visit. Thank you
