What an amazing birthday week!! The property was beautiful, clean, and couldn't have asked for a better location. So quiet with private beach access directly across the street! The team at RealJoy could not have been more magnificent!!! Was out and about shopping on my birthday, came back home to a birthday card, bottle of champagne and 12 pack of beer. So thoughtful and way beyond anything I expected. Would definitely stay again. Thank you to everyone involved in my very memorable birthday experience.

We all loved our stay. The property was absolutely beautiful and accommodated all of needs. Would definitely stay here again!

The location alone rates 5 stars! Directly across the street from the beach access, with a gorgeous view of the water! The beach itself had very few people....we practically had it to ourselves. The townhouse is in the quietest part of Sunnyside with very little traffic. The management was terrific and check in was a breeze. The unit was darling, clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed, and more. The grill was conveniently located and perfect for grilling steaks. The balcony on the top floor with the amazing view was perfect for sunbathing. There are a few things I would reccomend to the owners that would make stays even more enjoyable...the unit is in desperate need of lamps. And the lighting in the master bath is unacceptable, it is WAY too dim. Also, there needs to be chest of drawers in both bedrooms, and a TV in the second bedroom would be nice. Also, it would be nice to have a cabinet dedicated to groceries. But none of these things would keep us from renting this unit in the future. 😊
