The place was clean, air condition was cold, the pool was perfect, yard was spacious and ready for a game of baseball and the river was on point - just down the road. We will return to Boondocks from here on out! All our needs were met and management was at the ready with our 1,000 questions! We were made to feel welcome and we so appreciate it. Don't miss out! It's family fun time!

The kids loved the pool, hammocks and campfire area. The air conditioning worked awesome as well as the hot showers. We always had hot water in the showers. The staff is friendly and made our stay easy. We will be back!

We had a great stay and appreciate the hospitality of getting to check in a little early and a quick response when we called about the water shutting off. It really was amazing and in a great location for all our needs.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It’s showing a lot of age that is not being dealt with. The toilet plunger downstairs was covered with used toilet paper on arrival. Strong septic smell in the back. Floors were filthy. We never were able to find the remote to the downstairs tv. Pool needs serious work with big gaps in between actual pool and tiling. Had a child hang a toe in the gap and had to administer first aid. Shower down stairs was filthy. We’ve stayed their before but I will not be choosing that house again.
