A great house right on the beach. House was well appointed, comfy furniture, nice artwork on the walls, had a feeling like you were home and not just a rental. Well equipped kitchen. Nice porch upstairs and patio downstairs. Lots of towels and beach towels, Beach chairs, umbrellas, swim noodles. Great fenced in yard for our mini-Labradoodle. House has a great setup, great for 2 families or like us grandparents and then room downstairs for the kids and grandkids. Lots of room to spread out. Upstairs has two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, downstairs also 2 bedrooms and a nice bathroom. Upstairs open living spaces with a living room and kitchen with a dining table for at least 8. A very nice wraparound porch. Downstairs has another family room and kitchenette with a second full sized refrigerator. We’ve stayed in other short-term rentals and this a great one! Nice owner, not a corp. you can tell the pride of ownership.

Everything about this place was amazing! The house is right on the beach, clean, has everything you need for all ages! Awesome time and definitely will be looking to stay here again!

Very pet friendly — fenced in yard! I would give this 6 stars if I could. Wrap around porch meant we could enjoy the sun even on an extremely windy day. Great kitchen, well stocked with all the cookware you need.

This is my 5th rental house in Vilano/South Ponte Verda Beach area. This house defiantly has some pro’s and con’s in my opinion. Pros- Great layout of house for multiple families. The enclosed garage with glass sliding door was perfect for the furry friends. The kitchen was well stocked, the downstairs kitchenette was great to grab snacks and drinks without going upstairs. Plenty of outdoor seating upstairs and down. Easily could park 4-5 vehicles in the drive way which you dont find at many homes. The fence was great for dogs and kids, only wish it was a little taller on the beach side to keep a larger dog from jumping it. The side gate was nice, to unload beach items straight to the beach. Quick response from Steele when issues occurred. Con’s- The inside of the house needs some much needed TLC including a major deep cleaning. If you have little ones crawling, bring your own vacuum. The yard isn’t grass. . It’s some kind of squishy seagrass (probably to prevent erosion) on one side, which wasn’t nice for kids or dogs to play on and the other side had sand spurs. Beach equipment has seen better days but we brought our own so no big. We did experience some unwanted critters, which after contacting Steele, he did try to send help quickly.
