The unit was updated and attractive. The view was spectacular and the proximity to the beach was so easy. The unit was not very clean. We had to vacuum and wipe down surfaces especially in one of the bathrooms. There were numerous tiny rubber bands on the floor in the bathroom. Two of the toilets were not cleaned well. The host was very receptive and helpful. The unit is close to the elevator and is quite noisy when the elevator comes up. The positives outweigh the negatives. I think they just need to talk to the cleaning staff and have a list of things that need to be cleaned more thoroughly.

This was our third stay and had a great time.

We had a wonderful experience at Pinnacle Port. The condo we stayed in was recently renovated and we felt like we were in a new unit. The beds were comfortable and the view was gorgeous. Heather was extremely helpful and responsive to our questions and concerns. We look forward to using this condo again in the future.
