This is a fantastic well stocked home on a great corner lot. Nice quiet neighborhood, easy access to shopping and downtown Fountain Hills. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need. Use of a garage was a welcome bonus. For us, an extra touch was the cable TV with local channels rather than the usual Roku TV.

Our hosts were very friendly and communicative. The best hosts we have ever had.

Met all expectations

If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of Phoenix and nearby suburbs Fountain Hills is a lovely place to stay. It is a very peaceful super safe very pretty town with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The house is super comfortable and very well equipped. It is in a nice location, close to everything in town, and a relatively short drive into the Phoenix area to enjoy activities there.Communication with the owner is excellent. It was too cool to swim but we enjoyed sitting outside and viewing the beautifully landscaped back yard. There are good places to hike nearby! We’d just love to come back here next time we visit Arizona!
