We had an amazing time! The property is wonderful for families and small kids. I gave it a 4 on expectation, because the home is a little older than the pictures seemed, but that was no issue. Lots of towels and beach towels, stainless cookware, plates, glassware, mugs, games and toys for the little ones. The bathrooms have shampoo, body wash and conditioner. Jason’s super easy to communicate with and even stopped by on our last evening to check on us. That was a really nice touch! Everyone in the family enjoyed the house layout and was very pleased!!!! The beach is a very short walk and you can see the ocean from the 2nd floor porch! There are cottages right behind the main house that can also be rented if you need more space for larger groups. We highly recommend this home!!

We had a great time and it’s an awesome place. Can’t wait to rebook for next year.

We had a wonderful overnight stay celebrating our bride-to -be with a mix of family and friends. Jason is a wonderful host and was very communicative throughout. The house was even better than the photos and we already can't wait to plan our next stay! We felt very much at home, the house has charm and character (we loved the wrap around porch for our morning coffee talk), the kitchen area was spacious and the hub for cooking and laughter. There were other areas to peel off too to have some quiet time and enough beds for us all (12 of us!). We are local to the area and it felt like a little get away. The only negative was that we all wish we could have stayed longer. Next time!

Spent a weekend in December with with family celebrating my moms 89th birthday. Lovely home with good heating!! Nice fireplace and spacious.
