George was very responsive to questions regarding check-in and general questions. The amenities of the house were great. Nice pool that we had heated for an extra charge, spa, basketball court, pool table, etc. Bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. Only complaint is that the flooring on the first floor is damaged in the kitchen area from water? Flooring looks like tile or marble but it's laminate. Property would be 10/10 if the flooring was fixed

The house was beautiful and looks just like the pictures. Has a lot of cooking utensils. Anything you might have problems figuring out, just ask him and he responds right away. I would definitely stay here again and again.

Pros: There are lots of options for entertainment here. Our group enjoyed the pool/hot tub, sport court, ping pong table, arcade game. Also lots of space for our group of 8. George was also very responsive. Cons: As others have mentioned, the place is in need of a deep clean. We initially were only provided one towel per person until we found towels in the dryer. When there’s a pool onsite, more towels are expected. There’s a few things that will need maintenance - dishwasher missing a rack, loose tiles, etc.

We stayed here for two nights and overall had a good experience. The location was great, and the home has some impressive high-tech features. However, there were several maintenance and cleanliness issues that kept this from being a 5-star stay.When we arrived, the patio and BBQ area were dirty and dusty. Both grills were covered in grime, so my husband and I spent the first hour of our stay cleaning them because we planned to BBQ that evening. The kitchen was generally fine, but the inside of the ovens hadn’t been cleaned, and the microwave’s open/close button was falling off.The master bedroom had a wobbly broken side table, several light switches and areas of the home needed repair, and the tile flooring showed noticeable wear. The stairs and floors were dusty, and small details—such as crooked artwork and lamps with store tags still attached—made the home feel unfinished rather than well maintained.The listing advertised five bedrooms, but the fifth “bedroom” was actually a downstairs sound studio with a beanbag chair and a pull-out bed that had a dirty mattress cover.Communication could also be improved. Check-in instructions weren’t sent until the day of arrival, and the owner did not respond to messages about issues we reported during our stay.With better cleaning, maintenance, and communication, this could’ve made a good experience even better.
