Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay with BTR. We had stayed at the same property a couple years ago and didn’t have the same positive experience. The staff was very attentive and the rental process was easy. If I had to give one suggestion, I would encourage the owner or rental company to add additional food storage containers, mixing bowls and a muffin pan. We like to cook throughout the week and there wasn’t a lot of storage containers for leftovers. Also my son missed his muffins for the week (lol) but we were able to make blueberry ‘bread’ instead!

We love location and property is wonderful with beach and pool access. The view is beautiful. The condo needs new smaller furnishings in living room. The rugs in bathroom had bleach marks and were very distasteful. Trashy looking! Owner needs to put some money into some new rugs and furniture. Some of bath towels were really old and dingy with frayed edges. Was not very attractive, Madrid feel like we were staying in a cheap hotel!
