We had an amazing time staying at this unit. It was the perfect size for our family of four, it was very clean, and in a great location on St Augustine Beach. We loved sitting on the rooftop deck in the evening with a view of the ocean. We will definitely be back!

Had a fabulous weekend on the beach! Property is in a great location with access to the beach and plenty of restaurants with in walking distance. Private courtyard was great for the dogs.

Our 2nd time staying here. Convenient location, spacious, spectacular views and clean.

The location is a 10 out of 10; short walk to the beach, short walk to many excellent restaurants and bars. The space is also a 10 out of 10; clean and well appointed. The downside is the deck pictures are staged - and this (potentially) is the best part of the property. There is no seating on the first deck, and the upper deck has only low seating, so while a view of the ocean whilst enjoying the decks is possible - it does not exist. Very disappointing. Second (and my bad for not reading the details) there are no beach chairs/umbrellas/towels. So if you are flying in from out of town, as we did, you need to go out and purchase these items. Quite frankly having rented numerous beach/lake houses - this was a first for me. So much potentail here.
