The condo and property are beautiful. If you are looking for a quiet upscale feel, this is the place. If you want music by the pool, lots of people in the pool, go next door to the Margaritaville. The pool here was quiet with not a ton of kids screaming and the best part is you don’t have to go down early to save pool chairs. The pool was never packed. The check in process was my only complaint. Reservation said 3pm, but when we got there at 3 the desk said it was 4 so we waited almost an hour in the lobby with all of our luggage. The cleaning people did do their best to get us in as soon as possible though. The lady at the desk said some units are 3pm and some are 4pm and she needed to talk to her supervisor to figure out how they can figure out which is which. The parking inside the garage was nice too so our car wasn’t in the sun all day.

Such a premium place to stay in SPI 🥰 17th floor of the Sapphire a fully equipped 3 bedroom condo. A king size bed in a luxurious master suite. And three queen size beds in the other two bedrooms. A double sink hall bathroom. In the closet of the second bedroom there are numerous items one can take to the beach. A covered canopy, several beach chairs, sand mats, boogie boards, cooler, wagon and so much more! Also beach towels. The owner was so easy to work with. Always answered my questions and was most accommodating. A true delight to work with. This was my first non hotel booking, ever. Shelly made the whole process easy. There are two outside balconies. One pool/beach side 🥰And a separate one bay/city side with an electric grill. So lovely at night. I would enjoy my morning coffee on the pool/beachside balcony. And one gets to park in a covered garage! The front desk personnel were courteous and great at explaining everything the condominium had to offer. They gave us a copy of the rules and guidelines for our easy reference upon arrival and check in. Amazing how quickly the time passes. There just didn’t seem like there was enough time to indulge in everything. But we had a great time and the condo was fantastic. We did choose to indulge in several of the restaurants SPI has to offer. The traffic, wait times and parking during premium summer days made it very interesting. We would set out with a planned place in mind and occasionally ended up somewhere else.

Totally amazing! We have been traveling to South Padre for about 20 years and this was by far the best condo we have ever stayed in! Can't wait to do it again next year!
