Second time here and we will be back. This place is small and efficient, perfect fit for our small family. Exceedingly clean! Just a little walk down to the beach and close to everything we wanted to get to. Locked ourselves out one night and got a quick response with help from owner.

Perfect rental for a long weekend getaway! Home was clean and located right next to beach access, that was convenient. Also close to downtown Fernandina cute downtown area-a very short drive

the location was just what we wanted. the house was clean, kitchen well appointed. small but very comfortable. the king mattress was sagging and very uncomfortable. the other mattress was adequate. the water pressure in the shower was outstanding.
