Well appointed and comfortable condo.

This was one of the nicest beach rental properties that we have stayed at and our family loves to Staycation. The unit was updated was very comfortable. The beds were super comfortable and the beach towels and beach chairs that were available for use were a major plus. The private beach was amazing. Despite high waves, we enjoyed shark tooth hunting, boogie boarding and hanging out on the beach. Sunsets were really nice. When they say very little is provided as far as TP, Paper towels, etc. They mean it. Be prepared for this. No sponges for dishes, 1 roll of TP per bathroom, 1 roll of papertowels. We got this rental mixed up with one over the 3th of July and didnt bring shampoo or body wash. We figured there would be something in the unit. We were wrong. The Circle K is 3 mins down the road, but they don't have a lot of options for these things. The Dollar store and Publix are 10 mins away, but if you hate the tight parking, it is inconvenient to come and go. Make sure to bring these things. Overall 10/10 and would definitely go back. There is a free beach shuttle that runs after 1pm to take you to places on Manasota Key.

The condo was perfect and the beach and views were amazing. Having an elevator was a nice addition for moving bags and such. We had a great stay!

New, clean unit. Given the cost, was disappointed with the overall value compared to other rentals in Manasota Key. Examples: polyester bed sheets; bath towels with bleach spots/stains; no beach cooler provided; no beach umbrella provided (and zero shade on the beach); no beach wagon provided; parking onsite is tight, is for one vehicle only, and overflow parking lot is 4 properties away.
