The cabin was very well maintained and clean. Everything you could need was provided. The grounds were immaculate. It was so peaceful sitting on the patio listening to the river. We loved visiting with the owner and appreciated their recommendations on what to see and where to eat. Highly recommend this cabin.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this accommodation! The lodge itself was a dream - sparkling clean and fresh-smelling from the beginning, and such a gorgeous and relaxing location next to the river. Cathy and Rick were SO kind and welcoming! They made me feel safe and comfortable, and were helpful whenever I had questions or needed assistance. They also shared some fascinating local history, which added to the great experience. I will absolutely be staying here again, as soon as I make it back to Dubois.

The host Cathy was phenomenal from the start to finish of our stay. We had to unexpectedly leave early and she went above and beyond to accommodate usIt is a beautiful cabin a beautiful location and just great history and things to do in the areaIt is definitely a spot we will return to

It was a great destination, as well as a perfect pivot point. Extremely authentic first class cabin with a magical Kohler tub. Floors are heated no cold feet, but you’d want slippers for the picturesque porch.
