We had 2 adults and 5 kids. This place was amazing! The view was perfect and the kids loved being able to see what was in the water. The Spring Break weather was a little chilly so the heated pool was a nice accomadation with the grill at the pool! Not over crowded and close enough to panama city that you can drive in and do all the family things!

Great restaurants, views and beach.

We were very happy with the Top Shellf condo! The layout was perfect for adults and kids alike. The view was breathtaking. The communication was exceptional- truly. The condo was exactly as it is in pictures- seldom the case with condo rentals. We sincerely hope to be able to come back!

We really enjoyed the location of this condo. It was not crowded, the water was clear and the sand was white! The condo has tennis courts, a sand volleyball net and kayaks to use on the lake. We also found a ton of sea shells which was a nice change vs staying in Destin. The water was fishy, which was perfect for our family who likes to fish. The condo itself is older but this unit was completely updated, clean and nicely kept. There are fans in every room, which was nice. It seems like the air conditioner had a difficult time keeping cool at times. One evening we returned and it was 77 in the unit…this would be more of an issue during prime summer months. We were here the very last week of May. No other complaints!
