The breakfast was brought to each table and was comprised of a wide range of items... far too much to eat it all. Local and authentic.
We were there on a Monday when all museums were closed except the modern museum of Byzentine icons, an astonishing display of up to 1000 year old paintings saved from local churches.
The bathroom in our lovely front room was small and my large husband found it difficult to shave in the tiny basin.

Guesthouse Konstantinos Bakaris was a wonderful stay. The building is an amazing old house, beautifully maintained and full of character. Our room was very quiet, with a beautiful view of the lake, and the location was excellent: close to the old town, restaurants, Dragon Cave, museums and scenic walking areas.
Breakfast was amazing, and the host was super welcoming and made the stay feel very warm and personal.
We had no negatives at all!
