## Perfect Weekend Getaway from DC!We were looking for a quick getaway from DC for the weekend for two families and two dogs, and this property fit the bill perfectly.### The House & GroundsThe hosts maintain an absolutely wonderful modern home. The interior layout is spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed—including an open living area and a gorgeous dining space featuring massive windows looking out into the serene woods. The exterior of the house is stunning, featuring immaculate curb appeal and a great layout.### Outstanding Deck & Outdoor SpaceThe absolute highlight for us was the vast outdoor area. The dogs had a total ball running through the beautiful, wide-open meadows filled with wildflowers. We spent our afternoons and evenings hanging out on the massive outdoor deck, which features a fantastic fire pit table perfect for playing chess by day or relaxing together at night under the stars.### Top-Notch HospitalityIt was the perfect place to slow down, unplug, and just "be" with absolutely no planned agenda. Even though the hosts were away on travel during our stay, they were incredibly attentive and responded to all of my messages promptly. If you are looking for a relaxing, dog-friendly retreat to escape the city pace, we cannot recommend this property enough. We would absolutely stay here again!

Quiet setting and space both inside and outside for a business meeting. Yet close to multiple golf options and some great restaurants.

What started out as a “girls” trip quickly turned into a family trip when we found this house! The house was everything we could’ve asked for - especially the cleanliness and strategic stocking.

What a beautiful spot for a home base while we celebrated our son’s wedding in Winchester. Plenty of space for 8 adults. We were really able to appreciate the property after the festivities slowed down. We kayaked in the river and saw several egrets and kingfisher.
