What a great condo! Beautifully decorated. Comfy bed. Loved the sauna and the location was steps from the sand and crystal clear water of Traverse Bay!Highly recommend!

Noisy, and lots of smokers. If you want a quiet Lake Michigan stay this area is not quiet as it is on the highway. Also, there are cigarette and pot smokers in the other condos.

Once we and Bob, site management specialist, figured out that it takes two remotes to operate the tv, everything went smoothly after that. However, the unit is old and little to none remodeling done. The furniture is also old and very uncomfortable especially the couch and chair, except for the bed. The deck was dirty as well as the cushions on the patio furniture. We have decided to book another unit here which hopefully will make our stay in Traverse City more enjoyable and especially a lot more comfortable while we are at the condo.
