Would rent again and here are some notes our group had:Carpets were stained and ripped in some spots. No AC and lack of shades or ceiling fan in main living space made for a bit of discomfort. Ice machine broken so every time you opened it ice spilled everywhere.Shuffle board not functioning. Also bright spots - adorable beach right across the street was not featured in the photos. Also bonus cleaning people were super friendly and told us we could check in early which was nice. All other amenities were great- enough towels for our group, functioning TVs, amazing lake view and great location walking distance-ish from the main part of Kings Beach. Amazing weekend had by all!

The rooms were clean. No complaints about the hosts. I will say that it gets a little stuffy in the cabin but they do provide fans.

Loved it! Definitely coming back

Cozy house with nice spacious layout. It would have been nice to have tv in more than 1 bedroom. Master bed was unstable and wobbled. Nice views and enjoyed multiple rooms having its own bathroom.
