Opinie

Amazing house, immaculate rooms. Great shared space if needed. Golf simulator was a huge hit while we were at the house. The loft room could use a privacy screen but was ok for family. Overall an excellent stay and would be back in a heartbeat.

The house was perfect for our family of 10! Clean, nicely decorated, great location by coffee shop, best BBQ, and brewery…. very walkable. We loved the hot tub, outdoor patio with gas fire table, and ping pong table was fun too! Excellent communication and recommendations from Seth. We traveled to the Kentucky Derby with a party bus picking us up at the house. Epic experience and we will be back!

Clean in the house, could have been a little bit cleaner outside. But all in all, we had a great time.

and feel the
trip start — a
crisp white
farmhouse, a
covered porch
wide enough
to greet the
whole group,
and fencing on
both sides so
the kids can
run loose from
minute one.

Settle
in across from
the fireplace
with the
botanical
gallery wall
behind you —
grab the gold
accent stool if
the sectional's
already full.

You'll
find the swivel
chairs are
made for the
quieter
conversation
— just off the
main room,
close enough
to hear
everything, far
enough to
actually talk.

Cook
at the island
while the
dining table
and wingback
chairs stay in
view — a
bedroom door
cracked open
in the
background
shows just
how
connected this
whole floor is.

Cook
dinner at the
waterfall-edge
island under
the three-globe chandelier —
plenty of
counter space
for a group
this size to
work together
instead of
taking turns.

Check the full
two-story
layout before
you land —
bedrooms and
bathrooms
labeled room
by room, so
the group
divides up
space before
the car's even
unpacked.

Picture the
whole property
at once —
white
farmhouse,
fenced yard,
and the hot
tub tucked under the
covered porch,
ready the
second you
pull up the
long driveway.

Drive
up for the full
reveal — two
stories of
board-andbatten siding,
a porch
running the
width of the
house, and a
stone
foundation
that means it's
built to last.

Take
in the
symmetry from
the front
walkway —
windows lined
up straight
across, a fullwidth covered porch, and
fencing on
both sides
keeping the
yard private.

Step
up to the front
door under the
covered porch
— black
columns, warm
sconce light,
and potted
shrubs
flanking the
entry for that
first-night
arrival feeling.

Take
the side porch
walkway in —
wood-plank
ceiling
overhead,
sconces
lighting the
path, stone
skirting along
the foundation
guiding you
around back.

Find
the detached
garage tucked
along the
fence line —
this is the
building the
arcade lives in,
set apart from
the main
house on its
own concrete
pad.
