Well maintained and very clean. Great location inside gated Omni Amelia Island community. Host is fantastic - very friendly, quick to respond, and offered excellent tips on what to do, etc.

Great location. Needed a little cleaning when we first arrived. Linen was used and dirty on the main bed.

The location was great, but disappointed with the cleanliness when we arrived. The floors were filthy with dirt and sand. We ended up having to clean the floors ourselves when we arrived. We paid a cleaning fee, so I would expect better.
