Reviewer Comments:
Very nice large 5-bedroom house on Frio River.Very clean, nice private pool, large multiple beds in all but master bedroom. Quick response to concern. Located at end of street with no close neighbor. River access to large “pond area” even during low river flow periods. Highly recommend this house for a Frio River stay.

Reviewer Comments:
The house is beautiful and right next to the Frio river (quick 3 minute walk). It’s private, but convenient to everything in Concan. Our family of 8 adults and one child were perfectly comfortable around the dinner table, outside under the large area next to a fireplace and even in the kitchen where we made several meals. The Frio Premier Rentals folks were very kind and proactive, making entry and exit simple and convenient. Highly recommend!
