Beautiful home on the Santa Rosa Sound with a fantastic sunset view!!!There are 3 big bedrooms with king size beds and a kid's room with a queen size bunk with a pullout queen trundle bed.Awesome kitchen with plenty of room for everyone cooking. The back deck had plenty of seating for nighttime relaxation and unwinding with the kids playing Jenga. The saltwater pool area was the best hangout with a barbeque grill and a 17foot table with chairs. The private dock was great for fishing. The golf cart, bikes, paddleboard and kayak were definitely a plus!!!The hosts were great with responding to questions prior to booking (never booked with VRBO). They even stopped by when we first arrived to meet us, so friendly!

This property was perfect for our family! It had plenty of space, was well equipped with anything that could be needed and was a great location. The fact that the owner allowed the use of a golf cart, bicycles, boogie boards, etc. was an absolute bonus. Would highly recommend!!

We just returned from 7 nights at this fabulous property! The house was absolutely perfect for the 6 adults and 3 kids (who all stayed in the bunk room). We frequently vacation in Pensacola Beach and used to live there, so we knew the lay of the land well when choosing this house. Our main draw was the sound side beach and dock since we planned to rent a pontoon boat for the week (which we were able to dock there all week!). The beach behind the house had the best strip of sand and clear water on this part of the island and, honestly, we could have just stayed there all week! Fish jumping, calm water and an included paddleboard and kayak was amazing! We used the golf cart a few times to run down to The Local for a few grocery items, ice, or just a morning short cruise before it got hot outside. The house was very well appointed with high quality bedding, furniture and amenities, ceiling fans in most rooms, and high quality electronics. The back elevated porch offered perfect sunset views nightly and a touch of breeze. The pool was fairly new and provided a welcome refresh after a long day of exploring via water or returning from the Blue Angels practices. Our host was incredibly responsive, although there wasn't much need to reach out since the house was well pretty much perfect. I'd recommend Pensacola Pontoons to rent one for the day- he'll drop it off for you.This house was PERFECT and we couldn't recommend it more!

This was our first time renting a house on the bay side (as opposed to the ocean). We absolutely loved having the pier to fish from and to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The pool was a huge plus, and the house itself is gorgeous, relaxing, and has everything a family needs for an amazing week at the ocean. We loved it and will definitely be coming back. We had 9 family members, 3 of them were children - and the accommodations were just right.
