Excellent location and beautiful home with plenty of room. We had no issues and would love to stay again.

This is the second time renting this VRBO for our annual trip to Pinetop. Each year I rent a VRBO for our annual motorcycle club ride to Pinetop. This property works out great for our group of adult riders. It is hard to find a house this size which has adult beds and not bunkbeds for a group of 14. The location is perfect, plenty of inside and outside seating, the kitchen is great with a bar type island, the neighborhood is quite and friendly. The host is great and will probably book this place again next year. Thanks

The house was perfect for a large group. Large greatroom with open floor plan including kitchen and dining room. Very clean. Nice neighborhood.

We loved the house and the location. We had a great time. However, this house needs a deep clean. There were spider webs under the beds, very dirty ceiling fans, and spider webs all over the front and back porch. Also, they do not spend any money on landscaping or yard maintenance. I had to pick weeds by the chair/firepit area because they were so tall and distracting. We also had a person who just had a knee replacement at the house and we were worried because the back patio is in bad shape and needs to be fixed or replaced. Give it a deep clean and maintain the backyard/patio and I would definitely stay here again.
