A perfect location close to the marina (not the beach), beautiful views, all listing details are correct. Good level AC, a fridge had drinking water and overall the kitchen is well equipped. Convenient in-building garage with a car space close to an elevator. On a downside: not very clean towels, broken power outlet in one of the bedrooms (it has one on each side of the bed), no instruction about a broken door lock that resulted in 1.5h of calls and a locksmith effort to extract us from the apartment then we decided to go to a dinner (yes: we got locked inside!!).Otherwise, it would be 5 stars.

This place was awesome! Gorgeous views! Close to everything. We will definitely be back.

We were greeted when we got there by the very friendly Laura. She walked us through the beautiful condo and showed us how to work everything. Everything was clean and in good repair. Lots of glasses and dishes as well as towels and linens. The view from our condo was a mix of the marina and the mountains in the background. Coffee on the deck every morning was relaxing and entertaining with people watching. We will definitely go back again.

We had such a wonderful week staying at this property. The staff was welcoming and attentive. The property manager, Laura, was so helpful and accommodating, and the condo itself was comfortable, clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for the week. We enjoyed using the on site amenities and spending the afternoons swimming in the pools. The views from the 8th floor were stunning and we really enjoyed dining at many of the restaurants in the Marina. The area is so walkable. We hope to return very soon and would love to stay there again. Many thanks!!
