Great location and plenty of space for our family.

This house fit our family perfectly. There is a “suite” of 3 bedrooms tucked away with their own bathroom which made that a very private area. A master on the main with its own bathroom and another bed upstairs with a small bath. We did wish that the upstairs bedroom was a king. There were some light bulbs that were burned out but that was minor. Carpet was abused by previous guests and needs to be replaced. It is a very short walk to the beach which was very much appreciated. Overall a great house with a fantastic screened porch floor plan. The host was very attentive and responsive.

Location was awesome and layout was great for our families. Previous renters were lacking in their care of the property but the host worked diligently to address everything that allowed us a fun and relaxing time. All communication with host was easy and timely. Although a regular golf cart is not allowed, a LSV is and was a good add to our trip. We had a wonderful time and made lots of memories.

This property is in a great location and has potential to be a 5 star rated rental but it needs some fine tuning. The biggest issue was the lack of linens and towels. Any future VRBO renters need to be aware to pack their own linens or contact the island linen service well in advance of your stay. Other issues such as items in drawers and neglected accessories were noticeable. The owners were very responsive but most things should have been addressed by a thorough cleaning process. I enjoyed my stay and recommend Edisto Beach for everyone.
