Great place to stay. We loved the pool and the beach was close enough to walk. We rented golf carts which made it extra nice to haul stuff to the beach . Also, the cart was nice to go out to eat and shop. I highly recommend this house for it was in a great location and offered great ameneties!

We enjoyed our stay last week. We make an annual visit to AMI and this house is the largest we have stayed in. The elevator made a HUGE difference when arriving and departing, being able to load everything in and send up/down at one time was amazing. Location to the beach was great - convenient enough that the kids were able to walk or ride their bikes there. The A/C blows very cold in the master bedroom in order to keep the rest of the house cool...so if that's your room...bring some warm jammies :) The house was very well appointed and had all the basics needed in the kitchen and bedrooms. We did have a couple of issues while we were there, but the response was prompt and the problems were resolved neatly and efficiently. We would certainly stay in this home again,

Perfect house for a long week of beach time. Will be staying again.

We loved our stay it was mostly perfect. The upstairs tub wasn’t draining but was corrected quickly. The facet in kitchen needs some help. ( didn’t report it.)The pool and hot tub area were fantastic. Our family enjoyed the stays lot. May consider another stay at this property. Cleaning people should probably be checked upon. The cabinets had finger prints/ and areas did have some dust. Nothing I couldn’t take care of.
