My family had a wonderful time at this amazing property! The house was spacious and worked well with our four families coming together. The kids had a great time playing in the river, fishing from the dock, and playing games in the house. The adults loved many things, but especially sitting in the crows nest or on the deck in the hot tub overlooking the river with a drink and a good book. We mostly cooked our own food and the kitchen had all the necessities. We made good use of the bikes, SUPs, kayaks, and some yard games that were in the garage. And getting to watch some World Cup on the giant TV in the living room was icing on the cake. All in all, we were thrilled with the space. A big thanks to our host, Frank, who a timely communicator and went above and beyond. He stopped by twice during our stay—once to clean the hot tub and once to make some planned repairs. While he was there, he also took care of a few minor things we pointed out, all with minimal disturbance to our day. He’s a nice guy with a great attitude! A big thanks to him for a great week.

There were 19 of us, 9 were kids, ages 2 to 15. The house is beautiful and perfect for a large group. Frank, the host, was attentive to our needs and responded quickly to our questions... there are plenty of SUPs, 2 kayaks, all with paddles, except for the paddle I broke, bikes and fishing rods. The kids caught fish, we all got better at, or learned to stand-up-paddle. Some days there were sea-nettles that stiing, but you can tell when they are in the water and the kids occasionally got stung, but it was not a big deal. The swimming pool down the road always had a swimming lane open and plenty of stuff for the kids. There was room for all of us to dine together and we did!

Beautiful and spacious house. Everyone had a wonderful time. Host was responsive and available when needed. Would definitely rent again.

Beautiful house with a wonderful view of the water. Plenty of room for our large group.
