Grounds are lovely and the location can’t be beat.

Rita Ann was a responsive and helpful host and I can't say enough good things about the apartment. It's set up such that 2 families could stay, with enough privacy, as the rooms are on opposite sides of a central living room and kitchen area. The property outside is well maintained and the tennis courts, pickleball courts, pools and hot tubs are in excellent condition. As an additional note, more than one long term resident in this complex told me it was the nicest in Palm Springs and I certainly believe it.I highly recommend staying here and my wife and I will definitely be back.

This condo is located in the best location…close to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping centres, downtown, hiking trails and golf! The grounds and amenities are well cared for and very clean. The unit is well equipped, even has a high speed blender and air fryer. I would highly recommend a stay here.

We stayed at the property for the full month of Feb 2025. It was very spacious and a great location close to downtown and convenient to get to golf courses and the airport. Rita and Carlos were very responsive. The only negative was that the dishwasher didn't thoroughly clean the dishes and the clothes dryer in the unit didn't completely dry the load(clothes were still slightly damp)..
