The house was beautiful and clean! Amazing wildlife!! A family of bears came to visit often. We learned to lock our car doors! The air conditioning upstairs wasn’t working when we arrived. The host was responsive, but it took two service calls and five days to get it repaired. Other than that, it was great!

There was a group of five of us. We had plenty of room. The cabin had so many things to do and we saw so many bear! Hope to come back next year

Stay was great . Only had one hand towel . We had a few problems in the rain getting up the mountain road but that’s not goat problem. All in all we e noted the cabin . It is beautiful .

The property was advertised as “new” it’s not at all new. The HVAC unit on the top floor was not working, we advised our host of the situation, he claimed it was fixed, it was not. I contacted him the following day and again advised him that it wasn’t working. He said he have a repairman come out and fix it they did come while we were there. The temperature Sunday night thru Wednesday night was extremely cold and there was not on the top floor.. my grandchildren had to sleep on the sofas on the main floor due the lack of heat on the top floor. I didn’t pay that amount of money to have my grand children to have to sleep on sofas. I’m not at all happy with the lack of attention by our host.
