Our only issue was ants in the master bathroom. Once notified, the HOA came and sprayed the area. The ants then were gone. I would also advise more blankets for the unit. Great location.

The quick response to our leaky toilet was amazing! We will definitely stay again. Great location! Kiawah villas is our go to place for the Dec race for sure!

It was a bit rundown, and some things did not work. Light bulbs were burnt out, the ottoman was torn up, hairdryer did not work, some of the kitchen cabinets were kind of falling apart, the porch door was really hard to open and close. The most annoying thing was that the TV in the only bedroom that had a TV did not work at all. The "tech" who showed up to fix it said it needed to be replaced. (The TV was also tiny.)
