The property is OK. The pictures must be a couple of years old and need to be updated. A divider has been added in one of the bedrooms so this is more of a three bedroom apartment now. The couch could be replaced and some walls could use painting. But the beds are comfortable and everything works. The location is excellent for seeing different sites in the city. There is one free parking spot and you can get another for 15 a day which is a bargain for this part of the city. I think the price is appropriate for what we are getting. Other apartments in the same area cost more.

Excellent location. Cvs and 7 eleven on first level on front and back. Close to publix, walking distance to restaurants and Brickell mall. Good view, right next to the elevators on floor 28. Beds and pillows were comfortable. It has all you need. It has washer and dryer. Going down the Parking floors is difficult, very narrow space to turn on each level. I was on level 6 on the parking so it was a challenge.

Everything is ok could be better
