Rooms were clean, bathrooms well stocked with toilet paper and shower products, kitchen had plenty of tableware and pans. Common areas upstairs and downstairs had nice couches. Neighborhood was a little unkempt, tall lawns and tree limbs hanging in alleys, but seemed mostly safe. Very close to the things we wanted to do, especially the Children’s museum.

Clean house, excellent host, beds were very comfortable. Garage is nice to have for smaller vehicles. Parking in the back through the alley could use some trimming but this might be the city's job. If you have a larger vehicle like an large suv or truck it's tight but duable.

Indianapolis 500 weekend so all prices were high. Place was nice fully equipped for group. Coffee was a nice touch. Could use a bit of paint but otherwise very clean. Pool table and multiple TV a plus. Garage parking. Could use a bit more bedroom furniture but beds were good condition. AC worked well.

Property was perfect for our trip. Quiet neighborhood and close to all the popular areas in Indianapolis. Plenty of space and the pool table was great entertainment. Would definitely stay at this property again.
